Our 65mm round cast iron downpipes are the smallest size in the Apex Heritage round downpipe range, and they’re a good fit where you want a neat traditional rainwater pipe without using something unnecessarily chunky.
Also known as 2.5-inch cast iron downpipes, they’re commonly used on smaller roof areas, porches, extensions and properties where the gutter outlet has already been sized for a 65mm pipe. If you’re replacing an existing system, it’s worth measuring the outside diameter first rather than assuming the old pipe is 65mm just because it looks similar.
The range includes straight pipe lengths along with the bits you’ll normally need to finish the run properly - bends, offsets, brackets and shoes. You can also pair them with our matching 65mm cast iron hoppers where rainwater is being collected from a valley, parapet or another outlet above.
If you’re putting together a full system, have a look at our wider cast iron guttering range as well.
