This range of ornate cast iron hoppers are made for projects where the rainwater goods are meant to be seen, not hidden away. They do the same practical job as a standard hopper head - collecting water from a roof outlet, valley or parapet and feeding it into the downpipe below - but with a much more decorative, traditional look.
The Alumasc Apex Heritage range includes quite a few different shapes and sizes, from long rectangular hopper heads through to more sculpted Victorian-style designs. Some are fairly restrained, others are much more of a feature. So if you’re working on a period home, listed building, restoration project or just want something with a bit more character, there’s usually a style that fits.
They work particularly well with our cast iron downpipes, and can be used alongside the wider cast iron guttering range to keep the whole rainwater system consistent.
If you want something simpler, have a look at our full cast iron hoppers range, where you’ll also find plainer rectangular, fluted and corner hopper heads.
